Job Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and close deals with distribution partners and insurance companies in line with Igloos commercial and product strategy
• Be comfortable in managing both new economy and legacy distribution channels for product distribution
• Take charge on the internal stakeholder management especially with product, compliance and legal team in ensuring seamless onboarding of distribution and insurance partners
• Ensure consistent increase in MRR and NDR from existing customers
• Be the source of country intelligence in terms of consumption trends that would enable Igloo to create the right portfolio of products and services for the country

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in any related fields (Insurance, IT, Technology, Finance or Banking)
• ​​Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Result-oriented, can operate within a fast-paced environment

• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Ability to manage and influence in a matrix organization (cross-functional) with multiple stakeholders and levels of alignment including senior business leaders
• Strong analytical, communication, fast learner, and ability to work under pressure
• Experience in Agile product development and teams (Confluence and Jira); a strong plus

Any of the following would be a strong plus for the candidates who apply:

• Ability to speak Thai, English and/or Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus. 
• Understanding of software technology industry
• Technical knowledge of the fintech/insurtech industry
• Experience in a start-up or fast-growth environment
