About Whoscall:
Whoscall is a leading anti-scam app trusted by millions of users across Asia. From caller ID and scam alerts to user-powered reporting and education programs, Whoscall helps people identify suspicious calls, messages, and links—before scams cause harm.
As a Marketing Intern for Whoscall, you will support real anti-scam campaigns, user-facing systems, and education initiatives that directly reach and protect users. This role offers hands-on experience in how a consumer tech product turns social impact into everyday actions.
At Whoscall, your work won’t stay in slides—you’ll see it reach real users and help prevent real scams.
What You’ll Work On
Creative Marketing Strategy: Participate in developing marketing strategies and campaign concepts—contributing to key messaging, storytelling angles, copy ideas, and presentation materials for pitches and campaigns.
User Communication: Assist with scam data collection and publishing Scam Alerts to deliver timely messages to users.
Community System Operations: Support Whoscall’s community systems and ensure content is updated accurately and on time.
Education Programs & On-site Campaigns: Support event preparation and provide on-site assistance for anti-scam lectures, campus talks, and major campaigns.
Merchandise & KOL Coordination: Assist with campaign merchandise, KOL seeding, and prize fulfillment.
Marketing Data Support: Help organize marketing data to support performance tracking and user engagement analysis.
What You’ll Learn

Who We’re Looking For
Interest in marketing, consumer apps, or digital safety topics.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and comfortable with operational tasks.
Able to manage multiple tasks and work within timelines.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Basic English reading and writing ability for internal communication.
Nice to Have
Experience with content management systems or backend tools.
Familiarity with Excel / Google Sheets or basic data handling.
Experience supporting events, student organizations, or campaigns.
Interest in anti-scam, public education, or social impact initiatives.
Working Arrangement
At least 3 days per week, Monday to Friday.
Internship duration: Minimum 6 months.
Flexible remote work, with on-site support required for selected events or campaigns.
