The Kitchen Coordinator will oversee the smooth operation of kitchen logistics, support kitchen staff, and ensure effective communication between departments to guarantee seamless food service and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate kitchen activities, schedules, and workflows to optimize efficiency.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control for kitchen supplies and ingredients.
• Liaise between kitchen staff, suppliers, and management to ensure timely deliveries and operations.
• Monitor adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist in training and onboarding new kitchen team members.
• Handle administrative tasks related to kitchen operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in kitchen coordination, culinary operations, or hospitality management.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene practices.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
