Apt Resources is currently seeking a motivated and skilled Commis 1 to join the culinary team of a prestigious 5-Star Luxury Hotel in the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items according to the hotel's standards and recipes.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure food safety and hygiene.
• Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and plating.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and equipment.
• Follow instructions and adhere to the hotel's quality and safety standards.
• Participate in kitchen briefings and training sessions to enhance culinary skills.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Commis 1 or similar role in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment is preferred.
• Basic culinary knowledge and understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as required by hotel operations.
• Must be currently in UAE
