In this fully remote role, you will help clients explore cruise options, answer questions, and secure reservations tailored to their travel preferences. Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with researching and booking cruise vacations
Provide detailed information about cruise lines, itineraries, pricing, and onboard amenities
Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or online messaging
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and booking details
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth reservation processes and client satisfaction
Stay current on cruise industry trends, promotions, and offerings
Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions
Requirements:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Friendly, professional demeanor and positive attitude
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet connection
Interest in travel, especially cruising, and helping clients plan memorable experiences
Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or travel planning is a plus but not required
