We’re looking for a Paid Social Specialist ready to step into a high-impact role within a fast-moving digital team, driving performance-led campaigns across some of the world’s most powerful platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting into the Digital Marketing & Affiliates Manager, the ideal Paid Social Specialist will implement and report industry-leading performance media strategies, with a focus on paid social. 

Day to Day

• Build, traffic and QA paid social campaigns across:
• Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
• TikTok
• Snapchat
• Pinterest
• Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to carry out A/B testing across Paid Social campaigns
• Work closely with internal creative teams to brief performance-led asset requirements, ensure correct specs and placements and upload & test creative variants. 
• Ensure day to day campaign implementation is correct - maintaining accurate media tracking and measurement 
• Monitor budgets daily and flag pacing issues
• Report on paid social performance 
• Assist Paid Search implementation where required

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in paid social (in-house or agency)
• Experience across Meta Ads Manager required, ideally in ecommerce/fast fashion
• Strong reporting skills - experience analysing large volumes of data & writing impactful, practical recommendations 
• Proven ability  to work in a fast-paced ecommerce environment
• Strong organisational skills and a collaborative mindset
