Principais responsabilidades:
Atuação como interface entre clientes, comercial e operações, garantindo o cumprimento dos pedidos, prazos e nível de serviço (OTD). Atuar no atendimento às demandas dos clientes; Realizar a comunicação de status, embarques e previsões para clientes e S&OP; Gerenciar solicitações e situações de suporte ao cliente; Acompanhar a produção de itens críticos, direcionando prioridades junto ao PCP; Dar suporte aos processos de Vendas & Planejamento, assegurando nível de serviço e performance de entrega (OTD); Gerenciar o fluxo de matéria-prima, previsões de demanda e integração entre sistemas de planejamento, produção e estoque; Administrar pedidos de venda, faturamento e garantir a acurácia das transações comerciais; Elaborar e atualizar relatórios de produção, faturamento e estoque.
Requisitos:
Superior completo (Administração, logística ou áreas afins;
- Experiência comprovada em atendimento ao cliente em indústria eletroeletrônica / supply chain;
- Atuação com S&OP e indicadores (OTD);
- Vivência com PCP, pedidos e faturamento;
- Conhecimento em ERP e Excel. Diferencial conhecimento do Sistema Sankhya;
- Inglês avançado;
