Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Production Section Head (Solid) to lead and manage the solid dosage production section within our manufacturing facility.

The role involves overseeing production processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and leading a high-performing team to achieve production targets and maintain product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the solid dosage production section, ensuring adherence to SOPs, cGMP, and safety procedures.
• Lead and mentor the production team, promoting continuous learning and performance excellence.
• Implement process improvements to optimize production efficiency and reduce waste.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Engineering departments to address and resolve production and quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards within the production area.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• (7-9) years of experience in solid dosage pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of solid dosage production processes and cGMP requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
