BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist to join our Greensboro, NC Pediatric Skilled Nursing team.

As a Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist, you'll manage the full-cycle hiring process while creating an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding. You'll partner closely with clinical and operational leaders to ensure we attract, hire, and retain top talent who share BAYADA's mission of providing care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for caregivers and field staff, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring all pre-employment requirements, documentation, and compliance standards are completed accurately and on time.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through networking, community outreach, job fairs, referrals, and recruiting events.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience through proactive communication and timely follow-up.
- Partner with Clinical Managers and office leadership to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Monitor recruiting metrics, hiring goals, and onboarding progress to support workforce planning and operational success.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within applicant tracking systems and other recruiting platforms.
- Foster relationships with local schools, community organizations, and referral sources to strengthen recruitment efforts.
- Support new employees during orientation and throughout their transition into the organization.
- Contribute to employee engagement and retention initiatives while promoting BAYADA's mission and culture.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, human resources, healthcare recruiting, or onboarding experience preferred.
- Experience in home health care, healthcare staffing, or medical office settings is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong computer proficiency, including applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office, and other recruiting technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve goals and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for helping others and contributing to a mission-driven organization.
