What you’ll do:
- Project manage channel initiatives - such as pipeline automation and provider credentialing
- Serve as the point of contact for project status updates, open issues, and escalation management
- Collaborate across teams (Product, Engineering, Clinical, Sales) to resolve issues and drive seamless client experiences
What you bring:
- 3-5 years of experience in client delivery, operations, project management, or a related field
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable interfacing with both internal stakeholders and external clients
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with a sharp attention to detail
- A proactive, entrepreneurial spirit—you’re comfortable with ambiguity and energized by problem-solving
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Bonus if you have:

- Knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem, particularly health plans and digital health platforms
- Familiarity with tools like Claude, Salesforce, Looker
- Experience working in a high-growth or startup environment
The base salary range for this role is $40 - $50 per hour, 20 hours per week for 16 weeks starting as soon as possible. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.
This role requires active work authorization in the US.
