About the role
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the legal team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents and correspondence.
- Legal Research: Conduct basic legal research and assist in preparing summaries and reports under the guidance of members of the legal team.
- Document Management: Assist in organizing and maintaining legal documents, contracts, and filings, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date.
- Compliance Assistance: Support compliance efforts by helping to track deadlines, draft compliance-related communications, and maintain compliance records.
- Project Coordination: Participate in special projects as assigned, collaborating with team members across various departments to achieve project goals.
- General Support: Handle general inquiries and requests directed to the legal department, demonstrating professionalism and discretion in all communications.
- Other Duties: Other duties as may be assigned by members of the legal department.
- Currently enrolled in school with a strong interest in law, business, or related fields.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email (Google Suite, MS Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and contribute.
- Gain practical experience in a corporate legal setting.
- Exposure to a wide range of legal issues and corporate operations.
- Networking opportunities across different departments.

- This internship is full time until candidate begins full-time at school, and then will continue part-time. Compensation details will be provided upon selection.
