Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Montana

Role Description

This position supports individuals, couples, and families through structured virtual therapy. You’ll work with clients to address relationship dynamics, communication patterns, and long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Complete relational assessments and care planning
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Use systems-based and relational therapy methods
• Support continuity of care across sessions

Requirements

• Active Montana LMFT license
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Experience with family or relational therapy models
• Strong organization and boundary-setting skills
• Confidence delivering therapy in a remote format
