Job Description:

monitors vendor performance against SLAs, and ensures daily labor availability aligned with operational
needs. Acting as the link between Operations and external labor suppliers, the specialist ensures smooth
execution, accurate tracking of workforce deployment, and continuous alignment with business demand and
peak requirements.
● Coordinate with the central workforce team and comply with the approved vendors they provide to ensure timely hiring and workforce availability.
● Oversee onboarding, system registration, deployment, and offboarding processes for employees.
● Act as the main Workforce contact for Hub Managers on daily workforce and employee matters.
● Handle employee relations issues, complaints, disciplinary cases, and workplace investigations.
● Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and workforce procedures across assigned sites.
● Monitor vendor workforce performance, attendance, discipline, and compliance standards.
● Conduct workforce audits and maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
● Track and provide workforce metrics including hiring status, turnover, absenteeism, and disciplinary trends.
● Escalate operational workforce risks and recommend corrective actions when needed.
Job Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment coordination, or outsourced workforce in high
labor industries.
Proficiency in Excel and ability to work with workforce tracking systems
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills, especially with Operations teams
Good analytical skills with ability to track and report headcount, attendance, and vendor performance
High level of organization, responsiveness, and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
