As a DevOps Engineer on the CoreVoice team, you'll be at the heart of a mission-critical system that handles telephony traffic at global scale. You'll help us evolve and modernize this platform continuously — without ever taking it offline.

Your key responsibilities

  • Maintain, improve, and evolve CI/CD pipelines and automation tooling to support a high-availability, high-demand voice platform
  • Design and implement infrastructure automation to reduce manual operations and increase system reliability
  • Build and enhance monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions to ensure platform health and performance
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to support scalability, maintainability, and optimization of the CoreVoice infrastructure
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives — from deployment workflows to operational runbooks
  • Contribute to the evolution of an existing production system while maintaining uninterrupted service delivery

What you'll bring

Required:

  • 4+ years of experience in a DevOps or infrastructure engineering role
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services (EKS, EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, networking)
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation
  • Good abilities in Python/Shell/Bash and other scripting languages
  • Proven knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, CodePipeline, CodeDeploy, ArgoCD) and automated build/deployment workflows
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, InfluxDB, or CloudWatch
  • A self-starter mindset with a strong focus on automation, scalability, and continuous improvement
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently within a distributed team

Experience we consider a plus:

  • Experience with containerization and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with SIP protocol, VoIPMonitor or similar VoIP monitoring tools
  • Background in telecom, SaaS, or high-availability platform environments
