Mistplay is the category creator and leader in the 'play-and-earn' mobile loyalty space, built to reward gamers for playing.
LoyaltyPlay is our B2B monetization platform, a powerful Gaming Reward Hub designed for mobile app Publishers. We partner with app owners (e.g., utility, commerce, or entertainment apps) to help them unlock a new, consistent revenue stream and boost user engagement. By integrating LoyaltyPlay, publishers can offer their users rewards (in-app currency) for installing and playing mobile games from our vast advertiser network. This creates a deep engagement loop and a powerful monetization channel for the publisher.
Who are you?
You're a senior commercial leader who has built and scaled offerwall / rewarded partnerships across the EMEA app and mobile ecosystem. You don't just close deals — you own a region, build a pipeline strategy, and (over time) a team. You think in terms of portfolio, not single accounts.
What you'll do at Mistplay:

Own the EMEA publisher sales strategy and revenue target for our offerwall / rewarded business

Build and manage a pipeline of strategic publisher and app developer partnerships from prospecting through to signature

Land and grow flagship accounts — large app portfolios, mobile publishers, and rewarded-traffic partners

Represent the company at industry events and become a trusted voice in the rewarded / offerwall space

Partner with Product and Ops to shape the roadmap based on what publishers actually need

Forecast accurately and report on pipeline health, win rates, and revenue to leadership

Manage a deals pipeline on the CRM and keep it up to date
What you'll bring to Mistplay

4+ years in business development / partnerships, with deep experience in offerwall, rewarded, or mobile ad monetization

A demonstrable track record of closing and growing six- and seven-figure publisher partnerships

Existing relationships across EMEA app publishers, and the mobile monetization ecosystem

Strategic, data-driven approach to pipeline and territory management

Experience leading or mentoring sellers (formal management a strong plus)

Excellent verbal and written communication in English
