About the Role

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll take your career to the next level by:

·       Providing high-quality accounting and advisory services to a diverse client base

·       Taking ownership of client relationships and becoming a trusted advisor

·       Supporting and mentoring team members as our BAS practice continues to grow

·       Contributing to workflow management, review processes, and team development

·       Getting involved in broader advisory projects and helping clients achieve sustainable growth

This is a step up into leadership, where your voice, ideas, and initiative will truly matter.

About you

You’re already demonstrating strong capability in BAS, and now you’re ready for more. Ideally, you’ll have:

·       Solid experience within our Business Advisory Services environment (or similar CA setting)

·       CA / CPA qualification (or close to completion) with strong practical application

·       Confidence partnering with clients on business performance, strategy, and improvements

·       Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms

·       Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities

·       A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in developing both clients and colleagues
