Flexible start time between 8:00–9:00 AM (Manila time), with 8 working hours exclusive of a 1-hour lunch break

They have the experience and knowledge of working with hundreds of US, UK, Australian and European customers and aim to simplify the complexities of IT Procurement in region. They provide a wide range of IT products and services to support the customers operations in the Philippines.


This role will work closely with the Directors, Operations, and Procurement teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the end-to-end sales process.

Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:

As a Sales Support professional, you will serve as the operational backbone of the sales function, responsible for preparing quotations, sourcing pricing from suppliers, managing customer enquiries, and ensuring a smooth transition from quotation to sales order. You will work closely with the Directors and collaborate with the Operations and Procurement teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

 

This is not a pure sales or business development role. Instead, it is a commercially focused support position that requires a high level of accuracy, responsiveness, organization, and customer service. Strong written and verbal English communication skills are essential, as the role involves daily interaction with international customers and suppliers across the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, and Australia.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Quoting & Pricing

·       Prepare and issue customer quotations for IT hardware (desktops, laptops, monitors, peripherals, networking equipment, etc.)

·       Source and compare pricing and availability from multiple suppliers and distributors

·       Maintain and update internal price lists and supplier catalogues

·       Ensure all quotes are accurate, professionally presented, and issued within agreed turnaround times

·       Follow up on outstanding quotations and track win/loss outcomes

Sales Order Processing

·       Convert accepted quotations into sales orders in our internal systems

·       Verify order details (SKUs, quantities, pricing, delivery requirements) before processing

·       Coordinate with procurement/operations to ensure timely fulfilment of confirmed orders

·       Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline tracking

Customer Communication & Relationship Support

·     Act as a key point of contact for customer enquiries related to product availability, pricing, lead times, and order status

·     Respond to inbound quote requests via email in a timely and professional manner

·     Communicate clearly and confidently with international customers across different time zones and cultures

·     Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, understanding their purchasing patterns and preferences

·     Escalate complex or non-standard requirements to the directors as needed

Supplier & Product Knowledge

·     Develop and maintain a working knowledge of our core product lines (end-user computing, peripherals, accessories)

·     Liaise with suppliers and distributors to stay current on product updates, promotions, EOL notifications, and stock availability

·     Support the team with basic product research and specification queries from customers

Systems & Data Accuracy

·     Maintain accuracy and completeness of all sales-related data in our internal systems (Zoho Books / Zoho Inventory)

·     Ensure customer records, pricing, and order histories are consistently up to date

·     Assist with reporting on sales activity, quote volumes, and conversion rates as required

General Support

·       Support ad hoc administrative and commercial tasks as needed

·       Assist with catalogue or product listing updates

·       Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the sales support function

Requirements

Must-have Skills / Qualification:

·       2–4 years of experience in Sales Support, Inside Sales, Sales Administration, or Sales Coordination within the IT or technology industry

·       Previous experience working for an IT reseller, distributor, systems integrator, or value-added reseller (VAR) is highly preferred

·       Proven experience preparing and managing quotations for IT products, including desktops, laptops, monitors, peripherals, networking equipment, and accessories

·       Strong understanding of sourcing pricing and product availability from IT distributors and suppliers

·       Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when handling pricing, product specifications, SKUs, and order processing

·       Confident communicator with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders across different time zones and cultures

·       Highly organized, responsive, and capable of managing multiple quotations, customer enquiries, and priorities simultaneously

·       Experience using CRM, ERP, quoting, order management, or inventory management systems

·       Strong administrative, coordination, and follow-up skills, with the ability to ensure a seamless customer experience from quotation through to order fulfilment

·       Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

 

Advantageous or Nice-To-Have Skills/Experience:

·       Experience using cloud-based ERP, CRM, or business management systems (Zoho, NetSuite, Oracle, HubSpot, etc.)

·       Experience supporting international customers or managing multinational accounts and their procurement requirements

·       Exposure to IT lifecycle services, including device configuration, deployment, asset management, and refresh programs

·       Experience working within a small, collaborative team environment where flexibility, adaptability, and initiative are highly valued

·       Basic understanding of broader IT product categories, including networking equipment, servers, cloud solutions, cybersecurity products, and software licensing
