• Lay out concept or work and objectives of the MPLS and Internet Gateway team.
• Preparing strategic steps to deliver reliable network and accommodate company’s initiatives and target.
• Maintain and manage vendors to well support IP Core initiatives and maintenance.
• Interpret, socialize company objectives and target into breakdown projects and activities to be follow up by team.
• Ensure smooth communication and understanding between all team members.
• Continuous coaching team members direct or indirectly in order to gain and develop member’s talent and skills.
• Maintain team member interests, well-being and work life balance.
• Planning or preparing strategic decisions to reduce operational and maintenance cost
• Giving out ideas, new initiatives to find new ways to establish IP MPLS and Internet network.

Requirements

• Post Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 year of experience in IP core network, IP technical assistance. Related specific to fiber optic network deployment and implementation is a plus
• Strong understanding of networking principles and protocols.
• Familiarity with routing and switching technologies, including BGP, OSPF, and MPLS.
• Experience with configuring and managing networking equipment from vendors such as Cisco, ZTE, or Huawei.
• Knowledge of ISP services provisioning and configuration.
• Proficiency in network troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, JNCIA, or equivalent are a plus.
• Experienced leading big number of technical team.
• Willing to Work in Centennial Tower, South Jakarta.
