Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Location: Naples, FL
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

In this role, you will provide therapy to clients who may be dealing with relationship struggles, parenting stress, family transitions, communication concerns, emotional distress, and changes in their personal lives. Sessions are conducted online, but the work remains highly relational and clinically focused. You will be responsible for understanding client concerns, setting treatment goals, guiding therapy sessions, and keeping clear clinical records.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote therapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Conduct initial assessments and develop care plans
• Support clients with relationship concerns, conflict, stress, family issues, and emotional challenges
• Use therapy methods aligned with client needs and LMFT scope of practice
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Protect client privacy during all telehealth interactions
• Stay current with professional and ethical standards

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Active Florida LMFT license in good standing
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload
• Private workspace and reliable internet connection
