At Square One, we build with precision and we close the same way. With €150M+ in residential sales since 2021 and an active pipeline spanning Limassol, Paphos, and growing international markets, we're looking for a sharp, commercially minded Legal Advisor to own our buyer-facing contract process from first draft to signed SPA.

Position Summary

You'll be the legal engine behind every unit sale drafting and negotiating Sale & Purchase Agreements, guiding buyers through the conveyancing process, and ensuring every transaction is watertight, compliant, and completed efficiently. You'll work closely with our sales and development teams and sit at the intersection of deal-making and legal precision.

What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate SPAs and reservation agreements with residential buyers and their legal representatives
• Manage the full conveyancing process from contract to title transfer
• Advise on title, planning permits, and property-related compliance across our active portfolio
• Ensure adherence to Cyprus land registry procedures, transfer rules, and applicable tax obligations
• Coordinate with external counsel, notaries, and government authorities as required
• Support JV and SPV documentation in collaboration with senior management

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• LLB or equivalent law degree from a recognised institution
• Registered member of the Cyprus Bar Association
• 3–5 years minimum post-qualification experience in real estate / conveyancing law
• Proven track record drafting and negotiating property sale contracts
• Solid knowledge of Cyprus land registry procedures and conveyancing law
• Fluency in Greek and English written and spoken
• Ability to juggle multiple active transactions without dropping the ball
• Commercial instincts you protect the business without slowing it dow
