Job Summary
We are hiring a Physical Therapist to join a modern outpatient orthopedic clinic in Kansas City, Missouri. This role is focused on helping patients improve movement, rebuild strength, reduce physical limitations, and return to daily activities through individualized physical therapy care.
You will work with patients from 11 to 90 years old, with a primary caseload of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. This position offers a steady patient flow, flexible preferred schedule options, and a clinical team that supports growth for both new graduates and experienced PTs.

Preferred Schedule Options
Option 1: Four 10-Hour Days, Preferred
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- Tuesday off each week
Option 2: Monday–Friday Schedule
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Clinic Information
- Patient Volume: 7–15 patients per day
- Clinic Volume: Approximately 160–190 patient visits per week
- Clinical Team: 2 Physical Therapists and 2 Physical Therapist Assistants
- EMR System: WebPT
- Patient Age Range: 11 to 90 years old
- Primary Caseload: Orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and determine physical therapy needs
- Create treatment plans based on patient goals, diagnosis, and functional limitations
- Provide care for orthopedic injuries, musculoskeletal pain, post-surgical recovery, weakness, and mobility concerns
- Use therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, strengthening, balance training, and functional movement activities
- Educate patients on home exercises, recovery expectations, and safe movement strategies
- Track progress and adjust care plans when needed
- Complete accurate documentation in WebPT
- Collaborate with PTAs and other clinical staff to support consistent care
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
- Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
- Strong patient communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work with patients across different ages and treatment needs
