We are seeking a motivated AEM Junior Developer to support development and maintenance of Adobe Experience Manager applications. The candidate will work with senior developers and architects to build components, troubleshoot issues, and participate in cloud deployments and modern AI-assisted development workflows.

This role is ideal for developers looking to grow expertise in AEM, Java development, cloud technologies, and AI-powered coding tools such as Cursor and GenAI assistants.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, dialogs, and workflows
  • Support AEM Cloud Service deployments and configuration activities
  • Assist in troubleshooting AEM issues related to components, replication, and publishing
  • Use Cursor IDE and AI coding assistants to improve development productivity and learning
  • Work with AEM Agents, dispatcher configurations, and caching mechanisms under guidance
  • Develop integrations using REST APIs and backend services
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging activities
  • Collaborate with UI developers and QA teams for feature implementation and validation
  • Follow secure coding standards and development best practices

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • 2–4 years of software development experience
  • 1–3 years of hands-on AEM development experience
  • Basic understanding of AEM architecture, Sling, OSGi, and JCR
  • Strong Java and web development fundamentals
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web development
  • Basic understanding of AEMaaCS and cloud deployment concepts
  • Exposure to Cursor, GenAI coding tools, or AI-assisted development workflows
  • Knowledge of Git and Agile development methodologies
  • Good analytical and debugging skills

NICE TO HAVE

  • Exposure to Adobe Analytics or Adobe Target
  • Knowledge of React or Angular frameworks
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Cloud Manager
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON-based integrations
