You’ll be part of a multi-skilled team who are dedicated to ensuring our council bus shelters are clean for our local communities to use all year round.

You’ll be responsible for your dedicated cleaning round in the areas of Essex, Kent and London. You can manage your weekly 40 hours in a flexible way that works for you however, you will have a daily start from our Dartford depot to collect the Roof Washer system. The working hours are 6am – 2pm with flexibility.

It is a physically demanding job and does require you to work outdoors in all weathers so you’ll be in your comfort zone working alone on the round, just you and your van.

You’ll be provided with a Fully Expensed Company Vehicle for business use including commuting to and from the depot and to get around our different settings including busy shopping highs streets, residential areas, and rural areas. Dedicated training and support will be available to help get you started.

Requirements

• Driving Licence with no more than 3 points
• This is a full-time role working outdoors and some experience in working outside in all weather conditions is useful but not essential
• Driving experience using medium sized vans
• Remote / lone working experience - unsupervised
• The ability to manage your time and plan your own workload
• Industrial cleaning experience would be an advantage
