Job Title: Medical Billing & Office Support Assistant (ABA Industry)

We are an organization in the ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy field seeking a reliable and detail-oriented assistant to support our medical billing, data entry, and office operations.

This role focuses on the technical and administrative side of working with medical insurance, and prior ABA experience is not required. We’re happy to train the right person who is organized, accurate, and eager to learn.

Schedule: 9 am - 5pm EST (Monday - Friday)

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update client and insurance information accurately
• Assist with medical billing tasks related to insurance claims
• Verify insurance details and maintain records
• Support office administration and documentation
• Organize digital files and maintain data accuracy
• Communicate with team members regarding billing and paperwork needs
