Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Adult Community Speech and Language Therapist to join a community service in Hampshire on a locum basis from 9th March.

  • Manage a caseload of adult patients within the community setting.

  • Assess, diagnose and treat adults with speech, language and communication needs.

  • Independently assess and manage patients with dysphagia (essential requirement).

  • Deliver therapy via a combination of face-to-face and telehealth appointments.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in line with professional standards.

  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support patient-centred care.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A recognised degree in Speech and Language Therapy (or equivalent).

  • HCPC registration and RCSLT membership.

  • Proven experience working with adults in a community setting.
