Job Overview

An outpatient physical therapy office in Clear Brook, VA is hiring a Physical Therapist Director for a full-time leadership position. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, with annual compensation ranging from $90,000-$120,000.

This role is a strong fit for a Physical Therapist who can balance direct treatment with team oversight. You will help patients work through recovery plans while also supporting documentation, staff communication, clinic standards, and day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead outpatient physical therapy services within the clinic
• Perform evaluations and develop patient-specific treatment goals
• Provide therapy for injuries, post-operative recovery, pain, weakness, and movement concerns
• Supervise clinical staff and provide guidance when care questions arise
• Review documentation, plans of care, and progress notes
• Support compliance with state licensing rules and payer requirements
• Help improve patient flow, scheduling processes, and clinical efficiency

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
• Outpatient physical therapy experience required
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or clinic management experience preferred
• Strong understanding of treatment planning and clinical documentation
• Professional communication and team leadership skills
