Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic, commercially driven, and well-connected leader to join us as Head of Market Development for LAC. This role will be instrumental in identifying, shaping, and accelerating growth opportunities across the region.
As the voice of the market, you will ensure Ten remains relevant, competitive, and differentiated within LAC’s rapidly evolving lifestyle landscape. You will bring deep insight into consumer behavior, emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and partnership opportunities—translating these into clear strategies that strengthen our proposition and deliver value to both members and clients.
As a senior member of the Lifestyle Proposition leadership team, you will collaborate closely with regional and global stakeholders to define growth priorities, unlock new markets, and build a high-impact ecosystem of partners. This role blends strategic vision with commercial execution, ensuring investment in the right categories, brands, and opportunities to support sustainable growth.
You will champion innovation, foster cross-functional collaboration, and challenge conventional thinking—while staying focused on measurable commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Market Leadership
- Own and drive the Market Development strategy for LAC, strengthening Ten’s market position and local relevance
- Translate market insights into actionable growth strategies
- Identify emerging opportunities across lifestyle, dining, entertainment, retail, travel, and premium services
- Define priority markets, categories, and strategic partnerships
- Anticipate market shifts and competitive threats, developing proactive strategies
Growth & Proposition Development
- Act as the regional voice of the customer, ensuring alignment with local behaviors and preferences
- Identify gaps and enhance the proposition with new experiences, partnerships, and benefits
- Partner with global and regional teams to shape product and benefit roadmaps
- Build compelling business cases for new initiatives and investments
- Lead strategic launches, expansions, and growth initiatives across LAC
Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Development
- Build and nurture relationships with leading brands, hospitality groups, luxury and mass affluent providers, and key industry players
- Develop a strong regional ecosystem of partners and influencers
- Lead high-impact partnership discussions that strengthen market positioning
- Collaborate with Partnerships teams to translate strategy into execution
- Unlock mutually beneficial partnerships that drive both member value and revenue
Commercial Opportunity Development
- Identify opportunities to enhance proposition value and support client growth
- Partner with Commercial, Product, and Client Success teams to deliver market-led solutions
- Evaluate the commercial viability of partnerships and new opportunities
- Monitor ROI and optimize performance of strategic initiatives
Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership
- Maintain deep expertise in LAC market dynamics, trends, and competitors
- Deliver actionable market insights and strategic recommendations
- Act as a trusted advisor on lifestyle, hospitality, entertainment, and premium services
- Share insights and best practices to strengthen Ten’s global proposition
Representation & Stakeholder Management
- Represent Ten at industry events, conferences, and client engagements
- Build strong relationships across regions and leadership teams
- Influence senior stakeholders through data-driven insights
- Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Requirements
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Proven experience in market development, strategy, business development, consulting, or commercial leadership
- Strong understanding of LAC markets and competitive dynamics
- Track record of translating insights into tangible business results
- Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Experience operating in a global, matrixed environment
Desirable
- Background in hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, travel, fintech, loyalty, or concierge sectors
- Established network within premium or mass affluent ecosystems
- Experience leading multi-country growth strategies
- Fluency in English + Spanish and/or Portuguese
