📍 On-site | Monday to Friday | 💼 Full-time (Full Availability)

We’re launching a new and exciting project with one of the United States’ largest insurers—part of a globally recognized insurance group. With over US$25 billion in premiums, 19 million policies, and a presence in all 50 states, our client is a trusted name in financial services and protection.

Key Responsibilities

💼 What You’ll Do 

  • Handle customer inquiries about insurance policies and coverage
  • Resolve moderately complex issues with empathy and professionalism 
  • Explain policy details and make decisions within defined guidelines
  • Document interactions and escalate unresolved cases when needed 
  • Collaborate closely with Claims, Underwriting, and Policy Support teams
  • Identify trends and suggest process improvements 
  • Stay up to date on compliance, legal requirements, and product updates 

Requirements

🎯 What We’re Looking For 

    • High school diploma completed
    • Advanced English level
    • Experience in Customer Service and/or Call Center
    • Strong communication skills and customer focus
    • Availability to work on-site
