Renowned for launching highly unique, on-trend concepts across Southeast Asia—spanning premium salons, wellness spaces, F&B outlets, and creative studios—our client is rapidly scaling their entity in Indonesia. We are seeking a creative, trend-focused Marketing Manager to drive their brand visibility and consumer acquisition.

We are looking for a highly driven, data-savvy Marketing Manager to lead and execute integrated marketing strategies primarily for our Beauty and F&B brands in Indonesia. You will be the creative engine responsible for strengthening organic brand presence, managing high-reach influencer partnerships, and driving user acquisition across key digital touchpoints. The ideal candidate lives and breathes digital media, understands modern algorithm changes, and knows how to turn social media engagement into commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Growth & KPIs: Plan, build, and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to meet monthly social media growth, audience engagement, and organic performance targets.
  • Algorithm Adaptation: Continuously monitor, analyze, and adapt strategies based on shifting algorithms across key channels including TikTok, Meta (Instagram & Facebook), YouTube, and Xiaohongshu (RED).
  • Content & Community Architecture: Manage day-to-day content calendars, campaign schedules, and community engagement activities (monitoring comments, social interactions, and active listening).
  • Influencer & KOL Management: Source, negotiate, and execute high-impact influencer partnerships and brand collaborations to maximize digital reach and positioning.
  • Trend & Competitor Intelligence: Perform continuous market research and social listening to stay ahead of fast-moving beauty and lifestyle consumer trends.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare sharp weekly/monthly marketing analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, ROI, and provide data-backed strategic recommendations to management.
  • Brand Guardianship: Partner closely with internal operations and creative teams to maintain absolute consistency in brand voice and aesthetics across all physical and digital channels.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing or brand marketing, with a high preference for backgrounds in Beauty, Retail, Service Hospitality, or Lifestyle Agencies.
  • Tech & Platform Literacy: Expert knowledge of managing campaigns, metrics, and trends across TikTok, Instagram, and modern social video spaces.
  • KOL Management: Proven track record of running successful influencer marketing campaigns from briefing to evaluation.
  • Analytical Capability: Strong analytical skills with a clear ability to interpret data from platform analytics into actionable growth strategies.
  • Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (mandatory for local execution and regional reporting).
  • Bonus Assets: Basic graphic design or video editing skills (for quick ad/content iterations) are a significant advantage.
  • Traits: Creative eye for detail, proactive, and exceptionally comfortable moving fast within a trend-driven culture.
