We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, client engagement, and delivering tailored solutions, with a strong ability to communicate effectively and build lasting relationships.

This role plays a critical part in driving business growth by converting inbound leads into clients, while providing expert consultation on immigration solutions across South Africa, Africa, and other regions. You will also contribute to strengthening and expanding the sales function as the business continues to scale.

 As our Sales Consultant, you will be required to:

  • Screen and respond to incoming leads via calls, emails, website inquiries, and chat platforms
  • Consult with prospective clients to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable immigration solutions
  • Convert qualified leads into clients through structured and effective consultation
  • Rapidly build a strong understanding of the legal and practical aspects of South African and African immigration, along with other regions as needed
  • Follow internal processes, tools, and guidelines with high attention to detail and discipline
  • Proactively build and leverage your own network to generate corporate and private client leads
  • Contribute actively to the development and growth of the sales function

To apply for this role, you should possess the following skills, experience, and qualifications:

  • 1 to 2 years of work or internship experience in sales, or equivalent experience demonstrating a strong aptitude for ethical and relationship-driven selling
  • Prior experience in immigration is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Strong desire to gain hands-on sales experience, including lead generation, targeting, and relationship building
  • Excellent listening skills with the ability to understand client requirements and position solutions effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication, along with presentation skills
  • Ability to establish, nurture, and maintain client relationships through consistent follow-ups
  • High-energy, results-oriented mindset with a proactive and positive attitude
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and communicate them in a clear, simple manner
  • Self-starter mindset with the confidence to take initiative and pursue opportunities
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
