In order to support our rapid growth we are seeking to hire a Warehouse/Storekeeper Coordinator.

A Warehouse Coordinator is a central figure in logistics, responsible for overseeing the daily flow of goods and ensuring operational efficiency within a distribution center or warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Manage the stock levels of the hotel's products, including but not limited to food and beverage items, toiletries, and cleaning supplies.
• Coordinate with the hotel's purchasing department to maintain appropriate levels of inventory and ensure that products are ordered in a timely manner.
• Receive and inspect deliveries to ensure that they meet the hotel's quality standards.
• Plan, organize and execute product deliveries to all hotel’s departments.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records delivery schedules, and product usage.
• Ensure that the warehouse is organized, clean, and safe due to health regulations.
• Conduct monthly inventories

Requirements

• At least 2 years experience in a similar position in hospitality field.
• Computer literacy.
• Ability to use forklifts, pallet trucks, etc. would be an advantage.
• English communication skills
• Responsibility and consistency.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Multitasking and great time management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other employees and departments.
• Heavy duty lifting skills and ability.
