About the role

Goodtime International Entertainment

First impression. Last impression. Every day.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

This position is based in Greece.

You relocate for the season to work at the hotel front desk — the central communication point of the entire property.

Before you step into the lobby for the first time:

Your accommodation is already organized.
Your meals are included.
Your seasonal contract is prepared.

No apartment hunting.
No worrying about grocery prices in a new country.

You arrive focused and ready.

YOUR FIRST DAY AT THE FRONT DESK

The lobby is busy.

Suitcases roll across the floor.
Guests arrive tired from flights.
Some are excited. Some are stressed.

You are the first person they see.

You welcome them.
You guide them.
You set the tone.

From that moment on, their holiday experience begins with you.

WHAT YOUR DAYS LOOK LIKE

You manage check-ins and check-outs professionally and efficiently.

You provide information about rooms, hotel facilities and local surroundings.

You answer questions — sometimes simple, sometimes complicated.

You coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and management to solve small issues quickly.

You handle busy moments with calm structure.

You are not just “standing at reception.”

You are organizing flow.
You are creating clarity.
You are protecting the guest experience from the very first minute.

AFTER THE SEASON

You leave with:

International hospitality experience
Front office responsibility
Operational coordination skills
Professional references

You have proven that you can handle structure, pressure and communication in an international environment.

This is not just a desk job.

It’s the control center of the hotel.

If you’re organized, guest-oriented and ready to relocate to Greece —
join our Front Office team. 🇬🇷✨

Requirements

WHAT YOU NEED

Some previous experience in hospitality, reception or customer service is important.

You feel confident communicating in English.

German or French skills are a strong advantage.

You stay calm under pressure.

You enjoy structure, organization and direct guest contact.

This role requires reliability and professionalism — but it doesn’t require perfection.

You grow into it quickly.

Benefits

WHAT YOUR SEASON IN GREECE FEELS LIKE

You work full-time, typically 5–6 days per week.

You live close to your workplace.

Accommodation is provided.
Meals are included.

That means stable expenses and financial clarity during the season.

You relocate to Greece — not as a tourist, but as part of the hotel’s operational core.

After your shift, you step outside and you’re still in Greece.

Sunsets. Warm evenings. Sea air.

Work and Mediterranean lifestyle combine.
