Main Responsibilities

• Assist the investment team in the evaluation of prospective investment deals in our target markets (Singapore, UK, Australia).
• Work on an investment-related project with a report and presentation as end deliverables.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate or related field
• Strong in MS Office
• Ability to conduct financial modelling
• Knowledge of Real Estate markets and cycles
• Understanding of market norm variations and industry knowhow
• Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
