About the role
The Sales & Negotiation Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end direct sales processes, leading client negotiations, and ensuring optimal pricing outcomes. The role focuses on maximizing profitability through effective negotiation strategies while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to complete sales transactions successfully.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead handling, negotiation, closing deals, and post-sale follow-up.
- Conduct negotiations for auction pricing to achieve maximum profitability for the company.
- Handle vehicle plate sales and communicate effectively with potential buyers to ensure smooth transactions.
- Coordinate with automotive showrooms regarding financing requests and ensure all required conditions and approvals are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, buyers, and partners to support repeat business.
- Analyze market trends and pricing strategies to support competitive sales positioning.
- Ensure all sales documentation and processes are completed accurately and in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of sales and financing procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, negotiation, or automotive-related operations.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deals simultaneously.
- Good understanding of financing processes and automotive sales is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
