As a fast-growing business in a fast-growing sector, we're seeking to take on an HR Administrator to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Track staff attendance and leave using Time Doctor
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain up-to-date HR records and reports
- Communicate updates with clients and staff (e.g. lateness, absences)
- Handle HR admin tasks: performance tracking, staff concerns, documentation
- Manage gift/voucher sending and assist in holiday or emergency messaging.
Requirements
- 3+ years in remote HR or admin roles is a plus.
- Strong written English (Australian business context)
- Intermediate verbal English with a neutral and professional tone
- Experience in client-facing support is a plus.
- Looking for candidates with experience working in a BPO or remote setup within a company-based or internal team environment.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, with experience using Time Doctor a plus.
- Experience supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Experience maintaining HR records and employee documentation, including contract drafting and personnel file management.
- Experience tracking attendance and processing employee status changes such as increases or bonuses.
- Experience with Sprout is a bonus.
- Nice to have: Experience with EOR-related work, payroll processing, and performance management.
- Must be based within Metro Manila or nearby Metro Cities.
