Housekeeping Manager

to join our team at a new luxury resort in Paros.

The ideal candidate will lead the housekeeping department to deliver impeccable cleanliness and exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily housekeeping operations to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas.
• Manage, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to ensure superior service and adherence to company policies.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient room turnovers.
• Manage budgeting, inventory, and ordering of housekeeping supplies.
• Handle guest feedback related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager in luxury hospitality environments.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
