We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Product Owner to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Product Lifecycle Management and Product Road Mapping, with a proven track record of delivering successful digital products that align with business objectives and customer needs.

As a Product Owner, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, engineering teams, design, and customers to ensure the delivery of high-quality products. You will own the product backlog, define priorities, and guide cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle—from ideation and planning to launch, optimization, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the complete product lifecycle, including product discovery, planning, development, launch, enhancement, and retirement.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with organizational goals, customer feedback, and market opportunities.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
• Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation for development teams.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to maximize customer value and business impact.
• Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, QA, marketing, sales, and customer success teams throughout the product development process.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, product reviews, and release planning in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Monitor product performance using KPIs, customer insights, and analytics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Balance customer needs, technical feasibility, and business priorities while making informed product decisions.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and innovative product opportunities.
• Ensure timely delivery of product releases while maintaining quality standards.
• Communicate product vision, roadmap updates, and release plans to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Support product adoption through effective launch planning and cross-functional collaboration.

• Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Ability to interpret data, define product metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycles and release management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in Agile, Scrum Product Owner (CSPO/PSPO), or Product Management are an added advantage.
• Experience working with cross-functional, geographically distributed teams.
