Our spectrum of home-based services now includes Skilled Home Health Care, Palliative Care, Adult Hospice Care and Pediatric Care. This Education Department role helps ensure clinical excellence in home-based social services. You will:
- Define strategic learning initiatives to advance Social Work and Spiritual Care practice
- Design, create, curate and implement trainings and supplemental materials
- Be part of a highly skilled interdisciplinary training team
- Explore and implement optimal learning & development frameworks
- Collaborate with clinicians, leaders and community experts
- Create new pathways to improve patient and employee experience
- Support organizational culture, development and sustainability
- Extend supervisory hours to ASWs, contributing to the next generation of LCSWs
Schedule:
Tuesday - Thursday; 8:30am - 5:00pm
Location:
Hybrid - 2 days onsite required in any one of our Larkspur, San Francisco, Sonoma, San Mateo or Pleasanton Offices; 1 day remote
By the Bay Health follows all CDPH vaccine requirements for healthcare personnel.
Education/Experience:
- Master of Social Worker required.
- Minimum of five years Clinical social work experience or equivalent, preferably in a health care setting providing clinical services in the areas of life-threatening and chronic illness.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
LCSW required
Pay Range:
$46.60 - $58.35 hourly
