As a Workday Technical- Associate 2, you will engage in client support within our Digital Core Modernisation network, focusing on Workday technology solutions. This role offers the chance to work directly with clients, helping them navigate and implement Workday HCM solutions effectively. You will be part of a dynamic team that leverages cutting-edge technology to drive business transformation and efficiency.

As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. You will also be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embracing ambiguity and using these challenges as opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

- Supporting client engagement and contributing to Workday HCM projects
- Developing technical skills in Workday Extend, Workday Integration, and Workday Studio
- Participating in process improvement and optimization initiatives within Workday technology
- Engaging in strategic technology planning to enhance business transformation efforts
- Utilizing Workday Prism Analytics for data analysis and reporting
- Collaborating with teams to design automation solutions and improve workflows
- Applying intellectual curiosity to explore innovative solutions and drive project success
- Assisting in Workday reporting and analytics to provide actionable insights

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to technical architecture and integrations, including Workday Integrations, Studio, Extend, Security, or related platform technology credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Workday HCM and Workday Studio
- Utilizing Workday Prism Analytics for data-driven insights
- Engaging in strategic technology planning for business transformation
- Participating in process improvement and optimization initiatives
- Excelling in active listening and communication within team environments
