You are
A growth focused sales / solutions professional who has successfully created positive impact through year-on-year business expansion. You develop relationships with decision-makers at new and existing clients by utilizing a differentiated roadmap and framework leveraging the latest cloud-based technologies.
Individuals in this role will collaborate with other Sales and Solutioning professionals, Subject Matter Experts, Industry Client Account Leads and Account Executives to identify, pursue and close new business opportunities in existing and new accounts, and develop solution and staffing plans accordingly. 

The Work

The primary responsibility of this role is to be a Workday Solution Architect in large enterprise (medium-sized to large opportunities.) This would include Workday HCM, Payroll, Finance and Inventory platform implementations and ongoing maintenance, with the ability to individually create Solutions leveraging deep solutioning and delivery experience in one or more areas., While also being able to develop these in a collaborative atmosphere with the client and other internal teams including advising / co-creating the solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect technology solutions for Workday HCM, Payroll and / or Finance.

• Construct / Build the solution through collaboration with sales teams, senior client buyers, delivery teams and functional experts.

• Drive the necessary Technology Delivery sign off on solutions with proper input from the pursuit teams on client business objectives, industry, risk assessment, budget and preferences

• Work with the sales team and Subject Matter Experts as required during the sales process; communicate / collaborate with delivery

• Use Accenture solutioning tools to staff and price, or coordinate pricing with relevant teams.

• Promote the use of standards in solutions by coordinating with Legal and Commercial and directing Corporate Development Transaction Services

Travel may be required for this role.  The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 20% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here's What You Need

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Technology Environment with a strong focus on systems integration solutions.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in delivering Workday HCM and / or Payroll and / or Finance (ERP) systems.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Professional Skills Requirement

• Expert in formulating the solution storyline, ability to collaborate in creating client value propositions

• Good hustling ability / resourcefulness

• Product / concept selling, Pre-sales / Solution Architecting

• Innovation and building solutions incorporating the latest AI/Technology trends.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience in Solution Planning and Deal Shaping.

• Workday HCM and/or Finance certification

• Expertise / Experience in Workday systems integration and ability to give an Industry view of application portfolio/application transformation.

• Very good interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders.

• Good understanding of the application and infrastructure ecosystem in terms of Products and Technologies.

• Ability to understand client business and technology drivers- business and IT alignment.

• Strong capability to estimate, size, and come up with dependencies/assumptions in solutioning.

• Strong aptitude to be an individual contributor.

• Experience and exposure in collaborative technology solutioning including client workshops, joint solutioning sessions, and co-creation sessions.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
