As a Workday Integration – Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering client-focused solutions within our Digital Core Modernisation network. You will leverage your skills in Workday Technology to support clients in optimizing their business applications. As a Senior Associate, you will navigate complex situations, build meaningful client relationships, and mentor junior team members. Your role involves analyzing intricate problems and using critical thinking to deliver quality solutions. You will be instrumental in guiding others and maintaining professional standards, fostering personal growth and technical skills.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of the Application Evolution Services - Workday team, where you will contribute to the evolution of client applications. You will work closely with clients to anticipate their needs and deliver impactful solutions. This position offers the opportunity to deepen your understanding of business contexts and develop your personal brand while embracing increased ambiguity. You will use a broad range of methodologies and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems, enhancing your strengths and addressing development areas.

Responsibilities

- Leading the integration of Workday solutions to support client business transformation initiatives
- Utilizing Workday Studio and Workday Integration tools to develop and implement seamless data integration processes
- Collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and translating them into technical requirements
- Designing and optimizing Workday Prism Analytics solutions to enhance data reporting and insights
- Managing Workday Projects to deliver timely and effective solutions that align with client objectives
- Implementing process improvements and automation strategies to increase efficiency and reduce manual efforts
- Analyzing complex data sets to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making
- Supporting the development and execution of strategic technology planning initiatives within the Workday ecosystem
- Embracing change and fostering an environment of continuous learning and innovation within the team
- Mentoring junior team members to build their skills and understanding of Workday technologies

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to technical architecture and integrations, including Workday Integrations, Studio, Extend, Security, or related platform technology credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics and Workday Reporting
