Werksstudenten Continuous Improvement (m/w/d)

Dein Verantwortungsbereich

• Mitarbeit in Lean Projekten zur Optimierung der Wertschöpfungskette im Bereich Produktion und Logistik
• Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Umsetzung von 5S/6S-Verbesserungsmaßnahmen mit Schwerpunkt im Bereich Produktion
• Nachhalten und Evaluieren bereits eingeführter Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
• Erstellung von Auswertungen, Kennzahlen und Präsentationen
• Allgemeine organisatorische und operative Unterstützung des Continuous-Improvement-Bereichs

Dein Profil

• Du absolvierst aktuell ein ingenieurwissenschaftliches Bachelor-Studium, z.B. in der Fachrichtung Produktionstechnik/Industrial Engineering oder einem vergleichbaren Schwerpunkt
• Du möchtest neben dem Studium Berufserfahrung sammeln und hast 15-20 Stunden pro Woche Zeit
• Du hast idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in der Anwendung von Lean Methoden (5S/6S, Value Stream Mapping, etc.)
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office Anwendungen
