About the role
We’re looking for an amazing team member to join Ridwell’s operations in Puyallup, WA. This dynamic role combines driving responsibilities with warehouse operations as needed.
We’re looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence and building a more sustainable future. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. They take initiative, think creatively, and work effectively with others to solve problems and keep things moving.
As Ridwell continues to grow, this role offers opportunities for professional development and growth alongside the company.
Wage: $22/hour when working in the warehouse; $26.50/hour when driving*Guaranteed tenure-based wage increases at six months ($.50), and one year ($1.00)
Schedule: Wednesdays required, but otherwise relatively flexible. Typically 4 x 10-hour shifts.
