So far, without real deliberate B2B marketing effort, we’ve become an essential part of thousands of company’s hiring toolkit in London, San Francisco and New York - with 350,000 warm candidates looking to make the next step in their career. Ninety percent of client acquisition is through an inbound self-serve motion, with no human in the loop.

We now need someone to build the engine to intentionally scale this 10x.

🌍 The problem we're solving

Our career is one of the most important things in our life, with each move a far-reaching decision, but there's no-one offering help, fairly, and for free. When taking the next step in their career, most people can only access 1% of the available options.

On the flip side, recruitment is insanely inefficient for companies. Hiring the right people is the most consequential thing a company can do, yet AI has for the most part failed to make things better.

Jack is an AI agent that finds your next job and helps you land it. Jill is an AI agent for hiring already helping thousands of companies make their next great hire.

Both are connected and working together to deeply understand you - making direct introductions, and saving you from sending, or reviewing, applications.

The last major technological shift in recruitment created LinkedIn. The next great shift is here. The world of work is changing faster than we expected. Finding the right job, or the right person, has never mattered more. Or been more complicated. Soon, everyone will have an AI agent managing their career, and every company will have an AI agent helping them hire. Creating a fair and frictionless job market for the first time.

Our mission: end the era of wasted human potential. We believe the only way to fix the system is to rebuild both sides and make them work together.

What do we need to do?

We have built something pretty special already, both in our product, and our team.

We broadly split our org into two: One GTM org looking at professionals (Jack), one on companies (Jill), and we need to do a world class job at both. We’re looking for someone to lead marketing for Jill / B2B GTM, reporting into our CEO (Matt, third time founder), and work at the intersection of marketing, product, and GTM architecture.

Initially there are two major areas to own - Product Marketing and Demand Gen.

Product Marketing: Our product is not incremental. Much like coding agents have totally transformed engineering, the way recruitment is done is transforming. What we’re building is genuinely new, and evolving as quickly as the underlying AI models are. For you, this means a consistent race to explain new things to the world. It’s category creation that is ever mutating, and here great marketing genuinely changes people’s lives. Global positioning: what Jill is, how we articulate the value proposition, and how the market understands the product in a category that didn’t exist before and is changing under our feet. You’ll turn a product we know customers want, to the thing every company needs in their hiring stack.

Demand Gen: We have latent demand already proven, with most companies arriving self-serve. We got here without experienced B2B marketing. This is your chance to intentionally design and own it, and build the story that 10x our growth.

Across both these fronts you’ll own the strategy, the quarterbacking, and the outcome.

We also work in person - we’re 5 days a week together in our office in Shoreditch.
