We are seeking a dedicated Small Animal Vet to join our friendly and growing team at Medivet Bromborough and New Ferry on a 3 month fixed term contract (possibility of extension).This role offers a four-day working week, supporting a healthy work–life balance. You’ll be joining a supportive and collaborative team that values teamwork and clinical excellence.
This role is ideal for a vet with a few years of experience who enjoys a varied GP caseload, is confident working occasional sole charge, and has a keen interest in surgery. Whether you’re already comfortable in the operating theatre or looking to further develop your surgical skills, we can provide the caseload and support to help you progress.
While the role includes periods of sole charge, you’ll never feel isolated. Our practices are located just 10 minutes apart, ensuring clinical support, collaboration, and extra assistance are always within easy reach.
Both Bromborough and New Ferry share a Branch Partner, offering the benefits of a locally led team alongside the resources and backing of a larger group. What you’ll be doing
Typically, in this role, you’ll:
- Deliver exceptional clinical care to patients in consults and surgery to the highest standards of regulatory, practice and operational compliance
- Develop tailored treatment plans with clients
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team
- Share your skills and support our Medivet communities’ development
