Position Summary
UKG Administrator III is a senior analyst responsible for leading configuration and enhancement efforts in UKG. This individual serves as a subject matter expert and key liaison between business and technical teams.Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end configuration of complex enhancements involving multiple systems
Develop and maintain advanced reports, dataviews, and hyperfinds
Analyze and resolve cross-functional issues and data dependencies
Lead requirements gathering and solution design sessions with business stakeholders
Provide input on system governance, data integrity, and compliance practices
Contribute to release management strategy and testing coordination
Mentor junior team members and drive process documentation and knowledge sharing
Subject-matter expert on multiple configuration areas with a strong understanding of how they are implemented at MultiCare (examples include: Pay Policies, Scheduler Setup, Attestation, reporting, etc.)
Requirements:
5–6 years of UKG WFM experience
One or more UKG WFM badges (Foundational)
Deep expertise in complex business processes, reporting, and cross-functional integrations
Proven experience leading design sessions and mentoring others
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field (or comparable combination of education and relevant experience)
Strong analytical skills and ability to manage competing priorities

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $108,680.00 - $156,353.60 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.Associated benefit information can be viewed here.
