As a Fullstack Developer Associate, you will engage in the dynamic world of software and product innovation, contributing to the development and management of cutting-edge products. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will collaborate with a diverse team to create technology-enabled solutions that enhance tax compliance, reporting, and decision-making. Your role will involve translating complex tax processes into automated, user-focused technology solutions, working through various stages of the solution lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing improvements.

As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to different stakeholders, learning how to build meaningful connections and manage relationships effectively. This role at PwC Acceleration Center India will allow you to take ownership of your work, consistently delivering outcomes that create value for clients and contribute to team success. Responsibilities

- Supporting the design and development of tax technology solutions to enhance compliance and reporting processes
- Collaborating with tax specialists and developers to translate tax requirements into automated solutions
- Engaging in requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment phases of technology solutions
- Assisting in the enhancement of user-focused technology tools for tax processes
- Participating in the ongoing improvement of tax technology solutions to meet evolving client needs
- Applying foundational knowledge of UK tax concepts to support technology-enabled solutions
- Utilizing modern technology stacks and software development skills in project tasks
- Contributing to the delivery of technology solutions in the tax domain, working with stakeholders to achieve goals
- Demonstrating a learning mindset and taking ownership of personal development within a fast-paced environment
- Building professional relationships with clients and colleagues to address diverse challenges and opportunities

What You Must Have

- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Business Analytics, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Programming, Design, Engineering, Engineering and Business, Industrial Design, Management Information Systems, Mechanical Engineering, Statistics
- Familiarity with AI or automation use cases in tax technology
- Understanding of ERP systems and tax operating models
- Progress toward accounting or tax qualification like ACA, ACCA, or CTA
- Utilizing Agile Methodology in software development projects
- Engaging in business process modeling and competitive analysis
- Developing product strategy and lifecycle management skills
