Job Responsibilities:
The Treasury Co - op will assist the team with all or some of the following:
Reconciliation of collateral and maintaining appropriate collateral levels with counterparties.
Maintenance of collateral and counterparty data in relevant systems.
·Prepare wire transfers and submit for approval.
Assisting with requests from our audit partners.
Trade booking and reconciliation maintenance when needed
Delivery of monthly reporting to trade counterparties
·Process invoices into a proprietary expense allocation system and prepare for payment.
Assistance with preparation of quarterly expense reimbursements.
Qualifications:
Detail Oriented, conscientious and energetic professional with ability to think creatively
Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work under deadlines
Strong problem solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills with capacity to interact with outside parties and personnel across all levels of the firm
Dedicated team player with strong sense of ownership and follow through skills
Proficiency in Excel
Compensation:
Expected Hourly Rate of Pay $24.00 – $26.00
Actual hourly rate of pay will be determined by a wide range of factors including but not limited to role, function, level, experience, qualifications and geographic location.
