What You Will Accomplish With Us

As a Transaction Support Clerk, you will be at the heart of our operations. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Index client documents received by email, fax, and mail into administrative systems and route them to the appropriate transaction teams.
• Enter and update information in various systems.
• Manage mail returned by Canada Post.
• Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail to the department.
• Distribute daily reports to department employees.
• Process cheque shipments according to established procedures.
• Meet processing deadlines and quality standards associated with various tasks.

What Could Help You Succeed in This Role

We are looking for someone who:

• Is able to travel regularly to the office.
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Is recognized for their autonomy, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
• Has 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Holds a high school diploma or a college diploma in administration, insurance and financial services, or a related field (an asset).
• Is proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Has an intermediate level of English, as the role involves processing transaction files, responding to clients and internal teams, and communicating daily with clients or financial institutions.
