This is more than a traditional Traffic Clerk role. As part of our 2nd Shift team, you’ll help keep traffic and warehouse activities running smoothly while also being cross-trained to support operations when needed. You’ll have the opportunity to learn multiple areas of the facility, work alongside different teams, and play an important role in keeping our operation moving safely and efficiently. This is a dual-role opportunity where no two days look exactly the same. As a Traffic Clerk, you’ll play a key role in keeping freight moving, supporting drivers, coordinating with warehouse and transportation teams, and ensuring accurate shipment information.

But this role goes beyond the desk. When business needs require, you’ll also be expected to support warehouse operations and will be cross-trained to work in other areas of the facility. What You’ll Do

• Serve as a point of contact for delivery drivers and help create a welcoming, professional experience.
• Coordinate closely with warehouse and transportation teams to keep shipping and receiving operations running smoothly.
• Verify product counts and ensure shipment information is accurate in the system.
• Manage carrier paperwork and appointment information while communicating updates as needed.
• Enter and maintain accurate data in our Warehouse Management Systems to support daily operations.
• Respond to and communicate with carriers, drivers, warehouse team members, and leadership.
• Support warehouse operations as needed and be cross-trained in other areas of the facility.
• Step in and assist the operations team based on business needs and staffing demands.
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.

Work Environment

This is a dual-role position. While you will perform Traffic Clerk responsibilities, you will also be expected to support warehouse operations when needed.

Because this is a cold storage environment, you must be comfortable working in cooler and freezer temperatures. Appropriate personal protective equipment will be provided.
